You’re stepping into the cats’ space—thank you for helping us make it a peaceful, respectful, and joyful environment for everyone who shares it (feline or human).

Think of the lounge as part Zen retreat, part cat castle, part cozy community library—not a playground or petting zoo. Every choice we make here is guided by respect, compassion, and care for our resident rescue cats.

🧘‍♀️ Move Slowly & Speak Softly

• Use indoor voices and gentle movements at all times.

• No running, jumping, chasing, or loud noises.

• If you're excited, channel it into quiet joy—the cats will thank you.

🙅‍♀️ Please Don’t Pick Up the Cats

• For their safety and comfort, guests are not permitted to pick up or carry cats.

• Feel free to invite them onto your lap—but only if they choose to come to you.

😺 Let Cats Set the Pace

• Sit or crouch and let them approach you on their own terms.

• If a cat walks away, flattens their ears, or swats—they’re saying “no thanks.”

• Some cats seek affection; others prefer observation. We honor both.

🐾 Curious About a Cat? Scan Their Tag!

Each cat wears a collar with a QR code—just scan it with your phone to learn more about their name, story, and adoption status.
It’s a great way to start a quiet connection and maybe... find your future feline soulmate.

😴 Let Sleeping Cats Lie

Please don’t disturb sleeping cats—they need plenty of rest to stay healthy and happy.

🪑 Be Mindful of Shared Space

• Cats stretch out in the coziest (and most inconvenient) places—watch your step!

• Keep personal items close.

• Enjoy cafe items at designated tables, away from curious paws.

🧺 Respect Our Team & One Another

• Follow all guidance from staff—they’re here to ensure a safe, happy experience.

• Be mindful of other guests who may want quiet time, solo visits, or photo moments.

• Children must stay with their grown-ups and follow all lounge rules.

🍽️ Cafe Snacks for You, Cat Treats for Them

• No outside food or drinks, please.

• Cafe items may be enjoyed in the lounge—just keep them out of reach.

• Want to treat a cat? Designated treats are available for purchase at check-in.

🚫 If Guidelines Aren’t Followed...

Guests (of any age) who cannot follow these guidelines may be asked to relocate to the cafe or end their visit early without refund. The comfort and safety of our cats comes first.
